At Bee Cosmetics, we're committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. That's why we're thrilled to introduce Return, Refill, Reuse, our innovative refill programme designed to minimise waste and maximise the life cycle of our glass packaging.
How Return, Refill, Reuse works

Purchase
Buy your favourite Bee Cosmetics skincare products as usual, and remember to keep your empty glass jars and bottles. Tip: keep an empty Bee Cosmetics postal box for your returns.

Accumulate
Wait until you have accumulated four or more Bee Cosmetics glass containers. We ask for four or more to ensure the CO2 saved outweighs the emissions associated with the return and sterilisation process.

Request return label
Visit our Royal Mail returns portal and request a pre-paid returns label. Choose whether you'd like to arrange a collection from home or drop off your packaging at a local Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office, or Parcelshop.

Return & receive
Once we receive your returned glass, it will undergo a thorough washing process to remove any residue, followed by medical-grade sterilisation before being refilled. To say thank you, we'll issue you a 15% discount code for your next purchase.

FAQs
Which packaging can I return?
All our glass jars and bottles can be safely cleaned and sterilised. You can return them with or without the aluminium lids, caps and tops.
How do I return my empty glass containers?
Visit our Royal Mail returns portal and request a pre-paid returns label. You will need a previous order ID which you can find in your order confirmation email. Simply search ‘Bee Cosmetics’ in your email and look for a ‘Thanks for shopping with us’ email. Your order ID is a 5-digit code.
You don’t even need a home printer, select collect from me to book a collection on a day that suits you. Royal Mail can bring the postal label with them. Alternatively, you can drop off at your local Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office or Parcelshop.
How should I pack my empties?
Place four or more empties in a large enough box and add padding material like old newspapers to prevent them from rattling around.
What happens with my empties?
Upon receiving your returned glass, we meticulously wash them to remove any residue. Next, using a medical-grade autoclave, we sterilise the glass with high-pressure steam to ensure no contamination. After which we refill the glass containers and apply a fresh label.
Can I return empty packaging from other beauty brands?
Unfortunately we can only accept Bee Cosmetics packaging at this time.
We are grateful for Horsham District Council’s Green Grant contribution, which has enabled us to fund and establish our Return, Refill, Reuse programme. Thanks to a second wave of funding, we’ve also been able to launch an advertising campaign to promote the programme and reach even more customers committed to sustainability.
