Our Return, Refill, Reuse programme allows you to return your empty glass jars and bottles so they can be thoroughly cleaned, sterilised, and reused—minimising waste and helping reduce our collective environmental impact.

As a thank-you for your commitment to sustainability, we’ll reward you with a 15% discount on your next purchase when you return four or more glass containers.
Glass packaging is durable, impermeable, and perfect for reuse and refilling. By returning and reusing glass, you’re helping reduce single-use plastic waste and supporting a more sustainable future for the planet—and the bees.
How Does It Work?
1. Purchase
Buy your favourite Bee Cosmetics products as usual, and keep your empty glass jars and bottles. (Tip: Save an empty Bee Cosmetics postal box for easy returns!)
2. Accumulate
Wait until you’ve collected four or more Bee Cosmetics glass containers. Returning four at a time ensures the CO2 savings outweigh the emissions from the return and sterilisation process.
3. Request a Return Label
Visit our Royal Mail returns portal to request a pre-paid returns label. You can arrange for a home collection or drop off your packaging at a Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office, or Parcelshop.
4. Return & Receive
Once we’ve received your returned glass, it undergoes thorough cleaning and medical-grade sterilisation before being refilled. As a token of appreciation, we’ll send you a 15% discount code for your next purchase.
FAQs
All our glass jars and bottles can be returned, with or without the aluminium lids, caps, and tops.
Visit our Royal Mail returns portal to request a pre-paid returns label. You’ll need your order ID, which can be found in your order confirmation email. (Search ‘Bee Cosmetics’ in your inbox and look for the email titled “Thanks for shopping with us.” Your order ID is a 5-digit code.)
You don’t need a home printer—simply select the "Collect From Me" option to book a collection, and Royal Mail will bring the label with them. Alternatively, you can drop off your returns at a Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office, or Parcelshop.
Place four or more empties in a box and add padding materials, like old newspapers, to prevent them from moving around during transit.
Once we receive your returned glass containers, we:
- Thoroughly clean them to remove any residue.
- Sterilise them using a medical-grade autoclave with high-pressure steam to eliminate contamination.
- Refill the containers and apply fresh labels, ready for their next use.
Unfortunately, we can only accept Bee Cosmetics packaging at this time.
We’ll email your 15% discount code as soon as we process your returned containers. The code will remain valid for three months.
To maximise sustainability, we require a minimum of four containers per return to ensure the CO2 savings outweigh the emissions from the process.
