Our Returns Policy
60 Day Happiness Guarantee: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.
Outside the 60 Day Window? If you’re outside the 60 day window and unhappy with your order, please get in touch at info@beecosmetics.co.uk. We’ll do everything we can to help make things right!
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@beecosmetics.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Request a Returns Label: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a link to request your prepaid returns label via Royal Mail.
- Prepare Your Return: Package your item(s) you wish to return securely to avoid damage during transit, and attach the label to your parcel.
Refund Processing
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, deducting a £3 postage fee to cover shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Non-Returnable Items: Only purchases made directly through Bee Cosmetics qualify for returns. Products purchased from third-party retailers must follow the retailer’s returns policy.
